I am Brooke A. Finley, PhD, DNP, RN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, CARN-AP, APHN-BC, a triple-board-certified nurse practitioner, psychoanalytic psychotherapist, scholar, and researcher. I have two office locations with my primary one in New York, NY and the other in the Finger Lakes Region of Western New York.

My private practice offers a space for deep psychological exploration and meaningful growth for adults as well as for couples, groups, and families. I work from the inside out, helping individuals and relational systems cultivate greater self-understanding, resilience, satisfaction, and freedom.
